These beginning sounds playdough mats include pictures that begin with each sound of the alphabet and the words that match them.
Children make snakes out of playdough and lay them on the first letter of each word. Then, they can practice writing the word with a dry erase marker on the line. In addition to strengthening beginning sound and fine motor skills, this activity will also help improve letter and word recognition. Using playdough is so exciting and your students will have tons of fun!
Just print, laminate, put them in sheet protectors or dry erase sleeves. All mats come in color and black and white.
